Research students have three minutes to present a compelling oration on their thesis topic and its significance in a language appropriate to an intelligent but non-specialist audience.

Deakin University's annual "It is not my fault" forums target important issues like obesity, literacy and sustainability have made a vital contribution to debate and policy development in Australia.
