I used to teach high school astronomy and physics, but alas, I'm currently a law student and small business owner.

I'm extraordinarily interested in how the web can be used to improve education, politics, government, and the exchange of ideas.

When I get the time, I produce a science vodcast--"The Tabletop Explainer." You can find this and other science "goodies" at the eponymous link above.

I also blog about the law, politics, policy, and education.

Thank you all for watching. According to my account page, my videos have just received over two million views. All I can say is "wow," and of course, thank you. Also, I've recently added captioning to all of the Tabletop Explainer videos. So enjoy, and thanks again.

hey Mr. David! I've watched your video "How to build a simple Electric Motor,Plus How it works!" I really appreciate people like you. Now, I wanted to ask for a favor if you don't mind. Can you please post a video on how the Moving Coil Galvanometer and Moving Coil Loudspeaker work? Please. I really need it for my report... Or maybe, something simple like "How the Motor Principle is applied in some devices." Thank you. :)
