Thanks to everyone who visits and supports our channels. We donated our second ad revenue check to a local charity called "For the Animals" which helps care for critters. Our production club voted to give month's ad revenue will go to a domestic violence charity.
Our first check went to http://bestfriends.org/ which was the favorite charity of Terri Stern (Mama) who recently passed away. We miss you Terri!

Q: Great resource you have here! What's a good car seat for my 19 pound baby who is not too long for her baby car seat? When can they face forward?
A: The Best car seat is one that fits securely in your vehicle. Britax makes Great convertible seats which can be used both in the rear-facing direction and forward-facing. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends rear-facing for as long as possible, extending their former recommendation of 1 year and 20 pounds to a minimum of 2 years. Convertible car seats have both rear-facing and forward facing HEIGHT and WEIGHT recommendations, so I suggest keeping your precious cargo in the rear-facing position until he/she has reached EITHER the height or weight limit of the convertible car seat. Thanks for the great question and hope this helps you keep your lovie healthy and safe :-). Plz keep in touch.
