I discovered later that the $3500 guitar was severely damaged. They didnt deny the experience occurred but for nine months the various people I communicated with put the responsibility for dealing with the damage on everyone other than themselves and finally said they would do nothing to compensate me for my loss. So I promised the last person to finally say no to compensation (Ms. Irlweg) that I would write and produce three songs about my experience with United Airlines and make videos for each to be viewed online by anyone in the world. * I posted this video June 03, '06 after he was discharged from the transplant unit.
Jack Passed away peacefully surrounded with Love at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, from complications from pneumonia and after a 4 and ½ year battle, a diagnosis of NEMO Primary Immune Deficiency and Ectodermal Displasia, two rare genetic disorders. His treatment included a Stem Cell Bone Marrow transplant. In his short 4 and ½ years he helped science gain more knowledge for this rare genetic condition and through this knowledge to help other children with this same condition.
