David Spade has received multiple accolades for his roles as a stand-up comedian and actor in both television and movies, including Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominations. Spade first found fame in the early 90s as a regular cast member and writer for Saturday Night Live and continued his success starring in movies such as Joe Dirt, Lost and Found, Black Sheep and Tommy Boy. Spade also found success on the small screen, starring in the hit television show Just Shoot Me, hosting Comedy Centrals The Showbiz Show and most recently starring in the CBS sitcom Rules of Engagement.

Hi David! Ive always loved your work! I know you probably don't remember but I use to be on Spade in America in 2000 - 2003 and I got to meet you after your stand up gig in Atlantic city in NJ on march 25th 2000. Hope all is well and I can't wait for your new movie to come out next year!
