What's funny is that even Republicans favor a public option now, despite the graft being heaped upon Boehner and the rest of the Repugs AND don't forget some Dems too, huge campaign contributions etc. from health insurance executives, they have to know that most of them are going to lose their jobs at election time if they don't pass it. So I am still optimistic that a public option will be passed and we can finally call ourselves a civilized country.
