Thanks Dave for making these videos AND for making them freely available! I've already put them up on our forum and I'm planning to embed them on the website as well :-). Looking forward to more! Really appreciate your work!

I bought the book and recieved it today. I just finished Chapter 2, and so far I find it simple to read and making sense. The best part is after reading what I have so far I know my situation is not unique and can be helped.

Hi Dave

I have read many of your newsletters on anxiety and panic disorders over the years and they have gone a long way in assisting with my recovery from anxiety and panic attacks. After many years of suffering I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel and have at last reached 'the fork in the road' that you mentioned in your video. I credit your simple and down to earth explanations, in plain English and not jargon, for my now being able to recover from the hell I have been in for so long. Good Luck with all your endeavours and I am sure that you will now be able to reach an even larger audience and will therefore be able to help even more people like myself to overcome their present difficulties with panic attacks. Many thanks again.
