	sammieegirll11 (14 hours ago) you're so welcome. :) i'm glad it works, or else i wouldn't be doing it. lol. i like how you don't gain any weight back, that makes me happy. :) i started it today, so i guess i'll let you know how much weight i lost next week. i do have a question though, if you work out more than 30 minutes a day, will you lose more weight? and for each meal, can you eat more than just like an apple or something? because i had an apple like an hour ago and i was still hungry. lol.

	sammieegirll11 (1 day ago) heyy i just wanted to say that your videos have inspired me to start the Fat Smash diet. i've tried working out for a month straight and i've been eating wayy healthier than i've ever eaten before, but i just found out today that i didn't lose any weight. :[ so this diet is like my last hope. i'm going to buy that personal trainer game for my DS because it looks funn. :) haha. but anyways, i just wanted to thank you for posting your weight loss videos on here, they're my motivation for losing weight. :)
