I made this as a response to the John Edwards "faggot" incidence, specifically as a response to some comments made by a fellow youtuber, twobserfer. I admit there isn't much material concerning John Edwards himself. This is however still a specific response, and more importantly it addresses the more national issues of liberalism vs conservatism. So please view and review. It took me several hours to figure out how to use imovie and make this thing. I suppose I should mention that none of the pictures here are mine in any way or form, and neither is the song (which is "Year of the Cat" by Al Stewart).
the reason that song "I don't Like Mondays" is so relevant is because it was written about Brenda Spencer(Brenda a 16 year old from san deigo who was real depressed, troubled girl who wanted a radio 4 xmas, but who's idiot dad got her a gun instead) who in jan '79 started to shot at the elementary school kid across the street from her house. she killed 2 and wounded a lot of kids. This was the 1st of it kind. When she was asked why she did it, she said" I don't like mondays"
"this live-ins the day up" On that day the lead singer SR Bob of the band boomtown rats was at the radio station in LA, he heard the story come over the tele-type. so he wrote the song that came out late '79. it was band in the us until '85. tori amos just covers the song.
Darcy, Twobserfer here. I'm working on one for you in return. I commend you on a very well produced video, especially considering the fact that you're only nineteen years old.
