As part of Dance Umbrella 2009, BODIES IN URBAN SPACES was an intriguing trail, in which 20 performers lead the audience through some of Londons most atmospheric public spaces. Live body sculptures are set up quickly and exist fleetingly before the acrobatic performers disengage themselves and move on. The colourful body sculptures offer a new and imaginative perspective on well-known spaces and architecture, as well as displaying astounding physical prowess.
