The commemorative Air Force, Arizona wing, is at the Provo Airport until Friday, 29th. It may be too late but you could try and call Million Air at the airport and ask them about a contact. You may even try and run out there and see if they are still there. I know the cost for a 30 min flight is $450 and just to tour it is $5. But it all goes to keeping the plane in the air.
