I feel for this family...I had my own in 2003 ripped out of my home temporarily for NO JUST OR PROBABLE CAUSE.[ civil conspiracy Judge Perezous ruled it in my lawsuit]..not by children and youth...Mr Sanderson , in my case, did his job with my son Keith and never opened a case.....I finally gained all my rights to my kids back in Chester County this year and my advice to parents who go thru this is to never give up....

What is perhaps almost as tragic as innocent parents having children removed, is that it gives credence to those who are NOT innocent who claim it. I work in social services and have seen incompetence; though usually in the reverse. There are families/parents that claim and believe that they are innocent when they can't stop testing positive for meth. There are families that believe that abuse is warrented because they were abused and think that it is normal. There are families that just can't believe that anyone has molested their child despite the documented anal rippage and the 4 yr. old child is wanting to put things into his friends anus at daycare. And then there are parents who think that dog feces on their childs bed is OK because it is dry! Law enforcement and CPS must be more vigilant in policing their own and practice highest ethics to earn and keep respect. Children at real risk depend on it.

Thank you for the video "Stolen Baby"! Because CPS has stolen our baby too and this helped me to show others, somewhat of what our Goverment is doing! CPS TOLD A RELATIVE OF OURS NO MATTER IF WE DO ALL THE CLASSES ECT., THEY ARE NOT RETURNING OUR BABY! They made up lies to keep our baby away and gave us the wrong COURT DATE IN WRITING and preventing us from being in court! I truly beleive the case would have been dismissed if we could have answered to the petition! CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE US THE NAME IF THE ATTORNEY WHO IS SUEING CPS IN LANACASTER, CA . PLEASE....
