9/05/2009 - I've started adding some new PC videos up, mostly made in DOSbox. The first huge one is going up right now....The Secret of Monkey Island.....not the new SE version with the modern graphics, but rather, a nod to the old VGA version.
The copy I have still has the original copy protection, and the 720K HD floppy diskettes still work perfectly after all these years. This is that exact copy my sister bought in 1991 that got me into computer games in the first place. One of my more cherished non-guitar possessions.
Also cool, is that I played the whole game from memory, including the fact that I did not use one single map during the playthrough, including built-in maps. Also, I exposed some strange bugs possibly with the 1990 first VGA release of the game (ghost objects and strange verb token issues during the early insult swordfights).

Like the new video.... I'm trying to learn the song by Scandal, "Beat of a Heart"..... Brushing up my open chordness ringing if you like. That particular song is damn near perfect without alot of production.... Just my opinion mind you.
