Originally from Blythe, Georgia; Michael Hauser was raised somewhere in between a major highway and a dirt road. He spent a lot of his time at his grandparents' paylakes. He first started singing with family as they gathered around the piano on Sundays after church. Coming from a very musical family, his dad was in a popular local band in his twenties, and his great-grandmothers on both sides played guitar and sang. Michael started playing the guitar and singing on stage at 15 years old in a club that his family owned called "Doogie's". After graduating from a fine arts school, he attended college where he was studying musical theatre under scholarship. He soon dropped out though, and decided to move to Music City. His family soon followed. Michael was in a band with his brothers called the "Hauser Brothers", and they played all around the Nashville area. He is a truck driver by profession to pay the bills right now, and "Crashville" is what truck drivers call Nashville, TN.
