GrowMoreWeed: I don't name the drivers, mind you, it isn't difficult to find the owner of the car, but that doesn't help all that much. Besides, what would I do with that information? drive around to their homes and demand an apology? Send them a bunch of flowers for their inevitable funeral? You could send them a packet of seeds and some instructions so they can grow some weed and chillax...
