could you tell me whats probably the highest carb packed sort of bodybuilding food or meals you know of, whats the best? i mean for puting on lots of wieght, gaining allot of callories, and lots of carbohidrates.

would rice be better than pasta to eat with my meals. eg: chicken and rice, or chicken and pasta, ect.

and damned youtube reconvert my 120 by 90 pixel image to 88 by 66
do you know what size i have to imput so they reconvert it to the right dimension because it seems they just reconvert anyway
