As for the killing of the Jews, you must be joking! Who decided that the Bible was to be followed in determining their punishment? It was the bible that was used by themselves for their own decision. Unfortunately for them, the person who made the decision turned out to be a bible thumping fundamentalist!
Please read other sayings by Lady Safiya as well. Read her statement that her husband used to beat her. When she was married to the Prophet, her cheek was green due to bruises.
Please bring your proof that he had intercourse with her when she was nine. This did not happen and she remained with the Prophet. She did not have any children.
If you accept the saying of Lady Aisha that she was nine, then you must also accept her other sayings as well. Part acceptance is hypocricy.
When the Prophet was in mid forties, the pagan Arabs offered to make him their king, offered wealth and offered the most beautiful woman to her in return for rejecting his mission but the Prophet rejected. If women and power were his desire, he already had rejected them!
