When we think about healthy living most of us immediately think about: exercise, food choices, and getting adequate rest. Rarely do we think about the role our mental health has in the healthy living equation! Instead we think about our mental well-being separate from our physical well-being. Yet mental/emotional stress, as an example, has clearly negative effects on us physically. So when our emotional/mental fitness and physical fitness go hand-in-hand, why not get them both in order? That's what this program is all about... balancing our physical and mental well-being to create a complete and healthy life.

Whether it is our parents and siblings or our "family" made up of friends, we all want to feel "related" to another human being, and the tug is so strong that we'll create "family" with the wrong types of people just to fulfill our need to belong.
