Yes, jiu-jitsu (it has so many spellings it's ridiculous) is kind of like judo, all about throws and grappling. I loved the class, but it is a bummer when leverage is key and you only weigh 100 pounds...ugh. But it was good for me to get out of my comfort zone! Thanks for your comment, take care.
