If you live in the UK, I STRONGLY recommend Virgin Media.

Fibre Optic is also a nice bonus; Keeps the speed you pay for the same if you live futher away from the ISP's Exhange

Just to warn you, Comcast is now monitoring videos, comments and media in which contain information about Comcast that would put them down in any way, you are doing nothing but begging for attention. Please stop your ignorant attempt at bringing down a customer friendly company that has absolutely no intent on situations like the one you experienced. One company cannot be labeled because of some guy who really wasnt serious about his job. If Comcast was such a horrible company then tell me why we are rated the number one Cable Provider in the world!?, not even including Internet and Phone. Good luck getting valuable service when you cannot take one moment to say "is this small situation really that big of a deal?"

Comcast Sucks, they tried to get $56.00 out of me for service that would of cost me about $18.99! They Suck!! I might switch to Verizon!
