I DONT think that Jed Cool is Andy but there's DEFINETLT a connection somehow even if it's just inspiration. Jed look more like (Orange County Gadfly)Steve Rocco than Andy.(Rocco and Cool both always wear sunglasses too)Could Rocco and Cool just be characters of an obsessive KAUFMANiac?
