Chinewrde Clog Morris of Kenilworth, Warwickshire, performing traditional North West morris dances
Chinewrde Clog Morris are a female group of Morris Dancers who perform a style of dance known as North-West Morris. The dances are performed with clogs, bobbins, sticks etc and originate in Lancashire and Cheshire (except for those we have created ourselves, based upon traditional figures). The large band comprises many different types of instrument, and is staffed by both sexes.
