We are once again in front of you with Chauthi Duniya newspaper. This was not just a newspaper but a revolution. But for some reasons we had to stop the publication in the year 1993. India has changed a lot since that time and the communications revolution has taken television and internet even at the doorsteps of Indian villages. But inspite of all this, the problems of the Indian society have remained more or less same. We are standing on the brink even today as then. Given the context a pertinent question arises as to why again should we come up with the newspaper again and what will be the relevance of the newspaper.
