I still think it's controversial. He's using the homeless as a medium to gain publicity. Yes, A&F's CEO is a douche, but the homeless don't even know what they're getting involved in. This would parallel something along the lines of making XL abercrombie clothes and giving it to fat girls, blatantly calling them fat and ugly :) In giving the clothes to the homeless for this cause, you're basically saying: hey, you're homeless. I'm giving you this clothes because you are really, really poor

You see, the clause "high IQ people from Norway" is actually an appositive, which modifies the pronoun "we."
An example of this would be in the Preamble of the United States Constitution, which I can assure you has correct grammar.
"We the People of the United States...establish..."
In the same way as "We high IQ people" is a pronoun with an appositive attached to it, so too is "We the People of the United States"
