This doesn't sound like a very effective safety to me. If some kid picks up the gun, he/she isn't going to squeeze the side of the trigger, they're going to put their finger on the trigger and squeeze it like they've seen a million times on TV and movies. A safety switch seems MUCH safer to me.

I believe you and that's what's so inexcusable. A game shouldn't be that glitchy, or if it's just me, they ought spell it out for morons. No excuse I say, this ain't the 8-bit days.... I've been out of gaming for a while. Black Ops and GTA5 look SO sweet. But I've been suckered enough. I even hand PS3 games where the pause menu choices have been ridiculously lazy and poorly thought out.

Boy, I used to be outraged by 'gouging' too. Until I learned it's actually a good thing. There was some natural disaster where a LOT of people were without power. A guy watching on the news went and bought 60 generators and rented a truck. He drove all the way (no small trip) there. He showed up and tried to sell the generators to the people for twice the price he paid. The Police showed up, arrested him for gouging, he spent 4 days in jail and not a single person got a generator.
