Chris the Plant-Based Runner

My name is Chris and I am indeed a Plant-Based Runner. I am 39 years old and I have been Vegan since 2012. Before going Vegan I was extremely unhealthy, overweight, and depressed. After changing my diet, lifestyle, and attitude, I lost 60 pounds and fell in love with running. 

Now I dedicate my time to helping people who want to change their lives, break negative habits and start building positive ones. I've been making YouTube videos since 2013 and I live with my girlfriend Inga. You will see a variety of videos on my channel including running content, cycling, plant-based recipes, lifestyle tips, and so much more.
