Physique Progression Part 1. This is my journey back to 150 lbs down from the 205 lbs I found my self at after I realized I let my self fall into a slump. We all fall down, and when we do getting back up is the only option. Intermittent fasting, martial arts training,weight training and a clean diet for optimal fat loss.
