Tip: If you are having problems with all 4 of the council members at the same time, run out of the room as soon as you start the fight. Kill the first two outside the door, the third in Al'ar's room, and the 4th by the door to the raid. When they revive, they will reach you 1 by 1, with plenty of time to kill them alone before the next arrives.
