Hospitals are a necessary part of the infrastructure of the comic book world but not one that's generally paid a whole lot of attention to. They're like bathrooms on spaceships: You know they're there, and you know people have to use them (don't tell me Spider-Man hasn't given himself a concussion with an over-enthusiastic swing at least once), but they just don't show up all that often unless it's to blow one up The Dark Knight-style.

I'm constantly amazed at how porn parodies manage to do what big Hollywood blockbusters can't. This kind of thing needs to happen more often. I just have one tiny qualm with it, the fact that they used "where no man has gone" versus "no one." I mean, come on, if you're going to reference J.J. Not much goes on in the first clip from Jim Jarmusch's Only Lovers Left Alive, debuting at Cannes, except sexified rock 'n' roll vampire Tilda Swinton and sexified rock 'n' roll vampire Tom Hiddleston macking on each other a little bit. You know from that description whether you want to click play or not. One more clip is behind the cut, this one featuring vampire Hiddleston being moody at vampire Mia Wasikowska.

Isabella Rosellini's Green Porno was a wonderful, hilarious series about the various bizarre (at least to us) ways in which the insect and invertebrate kingdom sexually reproduces. But it mostly focused on the "sex" part, and not so much the "reproduction" part. Mammas, the third installment of the series, does nothing but. I didn't even know to expect a full trailer for Agents of SHIELD after that first promo we got earlier this week, so this is a pleasant surprise. It's not quite as epic as, let's say, an Iron Man trailer, but it does give us a lot more information about what we'll be seeing from the show. But you know what I've just realized? Actually, that's Domhnall Gleeson and Bill Nighy, who share the honor of having breathed life into two Harry Potter characters. The movie is called About Time and the two play a father and son who just so happen to have the ability to travel through time. It's genetic, you see? Yup. Hey, I'm not going to cast any judgements from here, but I will say that I'm very curious to see the retail culture in this world where everybody has to find pants and skirts with an image on them that represents their personality and/or life goals. Because that sounds like either a giant improvement or giant un-improvement on our current retail system.

After watching this trailer for NBC's new Dracula series starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers, I can honestly say I have no idea what they're going for here. The trailer is, for lack of a better word, weird. Everything about it just feels...weird. And this is coming from a person who legitimately enjoyed Dracula 2000. I know what you're thinking: Who the heck is Big Hero 6? Well, it's not who is, it's who are, and if you're not thinking this and know who Big Hero 6 are, congratulations, you probably love comics. Like, a lot. Big Hero 6 are a misfit superhero team of teens, robots, robot-dragons and weirdos who first appeared in Marvel Comics in 1998, and now they're going to be the first Marvel characters to get a film animated by Disney Studios.
