Hi, welcome to the film home of Chancery Stone, cult author, porno auteuriste and art terrorist. I don't believe in any of those titles, of course (except maybe art terrorist, which I rather like) but I believe in picking my own labels.

I am the author of cult novel DANNY, an epic running to approximately 4,500 pages in five volumes.

The first volume was published in 2004 to great acclaim, and unbelievable amounts of venom. That's how you know it's a cult novel.

If you like controversy, subversion and a decidedly non-populist view on life you'll enjoy my blog. There is a large archive of no fewer than 85 articles (as at October 2006) going back to March 2006 on every subject from Hitler to child abuse via cakes and fandom. There is much on gender politics, a lot on writing and even more on things that really piss me off.

However, they are always funny, sharp and guaranteed to make you think.

On my blog you will also find a link to a full novel length excerpt from DANNY (a staggering 295 pages) hosted on our temporary website, so now you have no excuse not to become part of DANNY's world. I have also provided links to all other currently related sites of interest.
