Live on Ustream 9, I took on the entire Elite Four and Champion using only a single level 100 Bibarel. It was the post-first time through the Elite Four in Pokémon Platinum (so the levels were higher than the base).

As of the date of this upload, it is the only Pokémon I have ever EV trained (Special Attack and Speed). Its four moves are Charge Beam, Grass Knot, Hidden Power (Fire, 70 Power), and Surf. Its ability is Simple, which doubles stat changes. In fact, I only healed once, before the battle with Cynthia.

If you wonder why the video is grainy, I recorded this to a videotape in SLP before recording to the computer. (Surprisingly, the quality is still far better than the stream.)

Here is another awesome Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum remix that I made, similar in method to the Giratina remix from a little while back. I created it using a Roland Fantom X keyboard and a modified MIDI file. It only took a couple hours, but it was certainly worth it. Enjoy the music!

This project took quite a while to put together, but here it is: the full song "One" by Metallica on the NES! Unfortunately, I had to cut the vocals to allow space for the other instruments. I tried to keep it as accurate as possible, but the drums (i.e. noise and PCM channels) didn't work out exactly as I wanted.

Yes, that's exactly what it means! Announced about one day before the posting of this video on the official Japanese Pokémon website, HeartGold and SoulSilver will be coming to the Nintendo DS later in 2009 in Japan to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the original Gold and Silver versions.
