Thanks for your comment. There are a number of protocols and modulation techniques used for different types of LTE and WiMAX. However, this is an "Introduction to Cellular Systems". You are technically correct that CDMA IS95, CDMA2000 etc are not used in LTE or WIMAX, but I have referenced "CDMA"...
It's an analogy . ... or maybe we just attach a tiny generator to the wheel....
