'My name is Carla Tagg, and my stage name is Carla May. I live in Doncaster and love to sing. I have been singing since I can remember but only started singing seriously in 2010, when I began to take lessons with Georgina Hill-Brown of Vocaltutor, Georgina is also my Manager.
My dream isn't to be a famous pop star (although if that happened it would be amazing) all I want to do is sing. I definitely want a career in music. My manager Georgina is fantastic, she gives me lots of support and is always busy promoting me finding me gigs and helping me to improve my technique. I have a supportive family and friends and I wouldn't be able to do this without them.
I am now signed to Starfighter Records.
I am looking forward to 2012, working on my album, and performing.'
