Our God, and God of our ancestors, let sunlight and blessing come to earth with the coming of spring.
Let there descend with the dew, joy and gladness.
And with the dew, let harvest and song descend, goodness and life, sustenance and help.

A more direct translation follows. I wish to thank Rabbi Shmuel Weinstein for helping me with this. Since this is poetry, and cannot be translated word for word, this is just an indication of what the poem means. I have tried to capture the meaning of the words in a more direct way. Grammatical issues make the translation impossible to achieve, word for word.

Eloheinu, vaylohei avoteinu
Our God and God of our ancestors

B'tal'lei orah, ta-eer adamah
With the first dew, light, enlightening the earth

B'tal'lei v'rachah, t'vareich adamah
With dew, blessing, bringing blessing to the earth

B'tal'lei gilah, tageel ha'adamah
With dew, joy, bringing joy to the earth

B'tal'lei deetzah, t'dashein adamah
With dew, gladness, enlivening the earth

B'tal'lei zimrah, t'zameir adamah
With dew, song, enriching the earth

B'tal'lei chayim, t'chayeih adamah
With dew, life, bringing life to the earth
