I am over 50 (lets leave it at that) 5'7 146-150Lbs of lean muscle, 40" chest, 30"waist..... with my Nutrition I have kept my blood work in the middle (perfect) for over 25+ years now.. enjoy Teaching others fitness and nutrition so we can have stronger America and well so you CAN ENJOY Life as I do when getting older....

Training younger people to learn fitness so they can keep HOT looking and HEALTHY life long... getting older does not mean one HAS to get fat and out of shape... The male body is very pleasing to look at if taken care of... if one's Gay, str8 or whatever, we all enjoy them Hard AB's, thing waist line, broad shoulders, cuts in the muscles.... I enjoy helping people achieve this.

with this 11 year old that just killed himself its easy to see that U.S.A. has a very serious social problem.. its called..
Narcissistic personality disorder...
is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. They believe that they're superior to others and have little regard for other people's feelings. But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism.
Thus the title of a bully... someone with fragile low self esteem with very little regard to other people and their feelings and or even the ability to understand someone different .. Such a Sad State of the nation we are in..
FYI I am 54 and see this in even adults towards other adults.. its starting younger and stays with them for life if not corrected...
