i want to shoot some pro looking movies, was thinking of buying the panasonic HDC-TM10 around christmas time? or should i spend a little extra cash on somthing slightly better, any good suggestions?

you are saying that panasonic hdc hs 300 is better than canon hfs 100 according to your ratings.
The major criteria for this is at low light panasonic one is performing better at 60i........but if we check the canon hfs 100 reviews for low light than at 24p mode the performance of canon one is better than panasonic one. Is it right ??
If canon is giving 24p facility and it is giving better results in low light etc than panasonic one than why are you not using them for comparison..anyhow i dont want to go into it.
Still my question is
In bright light i use 60i mode of canon hfs 100 and in low light m using 24p mode . Will you grade panasonic hdc hs 300 still better than canon hfs 100 ???

i am looking for a camcorder that allows me to shoot short films, what would you recommend? i don't have much money so the new camcorders such as Canon Vixia HF S100 or Panasonic HDC-HS300 seems as a good choice. thanks
