These are videos taken while researching Egyptian dance and globalization. Sorry about the audio quality, but I used a regular digital camera with a video function rather than a proper video camera with a proper microphone. Also, as some of my research participants have pointed out, I don't always manage to keep people in the frame. This is because I get caught up trying to watch them perform instead of just paying attention to filming them like a real videographer would. This is because I'm an anthropologist, not a documentary filmmaker--just think of these as visual field notes. Enjoy.
