I've listened to interviews with people who can't sleep normally in a bed because they inhaled the toxics (asbestos) which was part of the dust in the pyroclastic flow that engulfed Manhattan.

People who have to sleep while sitting in a chair, and they are hooked up to machinery (24/7) to help them breathe so that they can even live, while taking medications...
