I was a Realtor for 15 years but since the Real Estate decline here in Dayton Ohio the economy got so bad around the same time I was in a court battle for my son with no money for a lawyer. So after trying to see him last March when I was not supposed to I got in trouble and spent all year locked up. After losing to his father I lost my mind... you can watch the videos and I will write "Diary of a Mad Realtor" (Need a Publisher) about losing my son and being in Jail and a Mental Institution to get better.

Time for CHANGE & Radical Realtor watched Banks & still watches Banks seize all the property from economically struck citizens via foreclosure then leaving it vacant so poverty & crime continues to rise. Think Robin Hood and this can be stopped IF the people buy the too cheap real estate to house the people since the Bankers & powers to be do not care!! If YOU have any extra money get with your friends and form an LLC so YOU can buy the TOO CHEAP Real Estate and Rent for Positive Cash Flow before the Banks and more out of state investors BUY IT & leave it Vacant!! We have 15,000 Vacant Properties in Dayton, Ohio and One more big one NCR when they leave their World Headquarters to the City that gave birth to them! It is a fact that Crime Increases when there are Vacancies! Housing & Crime go hand in hand. Fix the Housing & Can help Fix Crime! Dayton, Ohio Needs YOU!

I know so much about the Bank bullshit being in Real Estate and working in the City so I can help Fix the Foreclosure Fiasco that started in Dayton, Ohio over a decade ago! Out of State Investors bought up our Town! They are still buying up our town and outbid me all the time. We have around 150,000 residents left and 15,000 Vacant Properties within our debt. Bankers are now selling listings internally or I have to wait to get a Bank short sale approval! The Bankers really do rule the land and the world! How is a working class Realtor supposed to survive? No one gives me gas money for all the places I drive. I am not on the unemployment list being self employed! It's a sad very sad state for the human race. Peace and Love.

Can you get a mortgage for under $30K say? Not only are your interest and fees highway robbery but there is fine print too. DYK your credit card number can track every move so don't use it. They do not care about Us!
