2. here is where to buy the stuff. Blank t-shirts, you can buy them at crafting stores
_ An "exact-o" crafting Knife, find those at hard ware stores
_ Black Textile paint, craft stores
_ Card stock, any office supple company

3. search in goggle images stencil text. find one you like then copy that image into paint and rearrange it to spell what you need.

4. and the paint is any "fabric" paint

ps print your stencils in gray to save ink!
