Making legislation for this is a joke. The mother compared Cyber Bullying to Drunk Driving. Just because you're daughter has the nerve to kill herself over something stupid like that, doesn't mean at all that things should be illegal. I could say the same for cell phones and maybe my brother broke his jaw from talking too much. Maybe if I bitch, they can make a talk time limit. The mother needs to get over this, I disagree with the verdict, but something as stupid as law enactment is retarded. If they make a law against this, that's just one more step as to why this country is even more in a shit hole.

i do not deny that what the Drew's did was horrible, but it does not count as a crime. what they did was they cyber bullied this 13 year old girl. it is sad that megan killed herself, but the Drew's did not make her kill herself. megan chose to do it.The Drew's did, however, provoke megan, until she killed heself, but they had the freedom fo speech. and their words were harmful, but they comitted no crime. Bullying someone is not a crime, and as bad as the joke the Drew's played on megan was, it is not a crime. Don't give me crap about saying that because like u, I have the freedom of speech. and it is true.
