Seriously?

I made a video for a BUCKCHERRY CONTEST... where part of the contest was to put it on youtune and now my video gets taken off with this note "copyright owner has claimed it owns some or all of the audio content in your video Buckcherry Sorry Music Video."? Didn't I get premission when I made the video for a contest and part of the rules was to post it on youtube?!
