My favorite hot spring was made and destroyed by a flood. We called it the Frisco hot springs. It was so large and deep several kids would be floating on large loggs and there would still be room for you to scale the medium boulder conglomarate rock wall and jump into it in several places. This was a southern New Mexico Gila wilderness hotspring near the small town of Alma. There is a great one with lots of driftwood art in the Gila National Forest on the way to the Gila Cliff Dwellings I go to now.
