NYzBeast -- do you practice alone hitting the ball with both hands? Back in the old days when I played, I spent time visualizing myself hitting killer shots with both hands. And I always found yoga exercises gave me greater flexibility and hitting power. Just keep playing - you'll get better with age!

Hey man. I live in the NYC area and I play a lot of handball. I would like to know if you can answer some questions.

I've been playing for about 3 years but it seems I've stopped in one stop and can't get much better while my friends are. I used to be one of the best in 6th grade and now I'm in 8th and probably somewhere in the lower middle.

So my question is can you share any techniques or stratergies. Like how to do some cuts or whips or how to kill the ball and stuff like that. Please help me out I would really appretiate the help.
