In a world consumed by crime, one ordinary man must take the law into his own hands. That man is the "Citizen's Citizen" Brice Stevens! He has created a reality style TV show, Citizen's Arrest. Where he hunts down criminals and makes them answer to the law. However, a new evil is rising from the shadows of Columbus and attempting to ruin the show, and Brice's legacy.
