Will You Go, Lassie, Go, was adapted by the McPeake family from Belfast and was taken from the Scottish song The Braes Of Balquidder. Marie's Wedding is popular in Ireland but is definitely Scottish. They are certainly Celtic. What more would you want? The Dancer.

I am sure you'll find dominic that although us scots do sing will ye go lassie go and maries wedding that they are in fact originally irish songs written and performed for decades by irishmen. Unless you know your real history of irish and scottish music you can not determin the difference. They are all celtic songs therefore sung by both celtic groups the scots and the irish which at end of day we are all the same, but just wanted to point out that the songs are irish and therefore the irish composers deserve the recognition for these amazing songs. p.s Love the new video and can not wait for new album release and hopefully a full uk tour would be amazing. If you guys need a support act drop me a line. I;ve been performing scots and irish songs for over 15 years and you are one of the best groups i have ever heard.
