FYI i have required the police many times and they are totally useless. all they are is another form of taxation. i have got nothing against a good police force but we are descending into a police state over here. why don't you come and find out. you wouldn't last 5 minutes without getting mugged, bumped, shanked or done over in this city. so you want to see insults, you might get your wish kid.
