This line is now for sale.
The machines of the line can be separated into two parts. The equipment from spin beam to drawing line crimper and following cooling conveyance system is from Japanese Toyobo company. The rest equipment for completing a PSF line is bought from Chinese first class manufacturer as brand new.
The following description is for equipment specification and function for the joint venture company.
A.Specification
-Drying Capacity: 75 ton/day
-4 * 170mm diameter capacity: 75 ton/day
-16 positions * 410mm diameter spinning: 75 ton/day
-Drawing Capacity : 80 ton/day
-Baling Capacity: 80 ton/day
-Daily total Capacity: 60~80 ton/day
B.Function
1.Flexible Line. It can produce conjugated PSF, 0.9~1.4D spinning PSF and wool type nonwoven PSF.
2.It has annealer and hot rollers. The temperature can approach 220 degree centigrade for producing high tenacity spinning PSF and high elasticity conjugated PSF.
3.The baler is the most advanced total automatic style. It can fix the weight with ±1.5kg

It is used in PET bottle recycling plant. As known, there are PP label, paper label and PVC label, we can remove the PP label and paper label by hot water with chemical, however, the PVC Shrinkage label should be removed by mechanical force.
