Project Toaster is a first person audio puzzle game that can only be played using a surround set that is turned 45 degrees.

In this experiment you control a guard who's looking for a girl. The girl keeps on hiding in small buildings. You have to figure out in which building she's in and catch her. But if you choose the wrong building you fail.

But how do you choose the correct building? You do that by using your ears. Well not your ears, but the ears of the girl. Because in this experiment you hear through the ears of the girl and you by using sounds like your own footsteps you can locate the girl.

For example: If i were to walk past the girl, I would hear my own footsteps passing by.
