Born in Rhode Island and brought up with Duke Robillard's "Roomful of Blues," I've been both a blues and jazz aficionado since high school. In the 60's I managed The Mojo Hands, a local blues rock garage band, before joining the U.S. Army. I currently live in Las Vegas where I am very active in the blues community. I'm a founding member and on the Board of the Las Vegas Blues Society (www.lasvegasblues.org). I also publish two weekly websites - JazzBeat Nevada and BluesBeat Nevada.
